Went in and had great service from the lady behind the desk. First time being there.
Every time i have gone to the pennsburg location i was met with complete and utter rudeness. That woman has a nasty attitude, worse customer service experience i ever had, she talks down to you, her facial expressions while she talks to you shows her discontent towards you,if you hate your job or people that much you shouldn’t be in that field of work. Made it real easy to get a transit tag. To travel back to my state.
Very good people there , very courteous and quick , their great .
The lady who handled my tag and title transfer was very polite and quick. The seller and I were in and out within 10-15 minutes. I did call ahead to check on the cost and what documents were required, so there were no surprises. Overall, a very pleasant experience!!
