Gibbins Law Firm were the Vendors Solicitor in a recent purchase and I was the purchaser, unfortuantly it would appear they didn't lodge the discharge of motgage paperwork in time which delayed an early settlement that had been agreed to by both parties, not sure why they agreed if things weren't in place. Settlement then happened 3 business days after the agreed date which caused a lot of stress and to make matters worse Mark wasn't responding to anyone during this time so no-one knew what was happening.
