I hired Gibb 2017-18 and echo the same comments another reviewer stated that GIBB is: 'unresponsive, unmotivated, unaggressive. He has no paralegals or other staff so it's just him'. I go on to add my own experience with Gibb as follows: Gibb was always late for our scheduled meetings as he was never in his office (and drove from home the days he was to meet me).
