Went by this morning for help shipping a bike and the gentleman that helped me out was awesome. Even though they do not provide this type of service he still helped me as much as be could.

I bought my Tommaso Forcella about two months ago. I had the bike professionally assembled, but apparently the front wheel was not trued properly. I was moving from Denver and needed a bike box to ship my bike. I found Giantnerd who had boxed they were not using. Nick Milano dismantled my bike and packed it in the box. He also showed me how to take my handle bars off and how to put them back on the right way. When I'm ready for a new bike, I will definitely check them out to purchase a Tommaso Bike! Thank you again for your kindness!

Second time Tommaso bike owner and will always be a customer for life. Chris and his team always do the right thing for their customers and their bikes are priced right and light years better than what you’ll find from bikesdirect or the other places that sell Motobecanes and Windsors and Gravity bikes.
