Super helpful & knowledgeable staff! I went in with my son's department store bike that had an issue I couldn't seem to repair. They were kind enough to diagnose the problem super quickly and even fixed it at no charge. Excellent customer service. Really appreciate the help. Thank you! The store has a full service section, tons of products and bikes, very clean and available.
Staff was incredibly helpful when I went in to buy my first new bike in like thirty years. Store was super organized and I was able to find everything I needed easily. My new Giant is incredible. I loved the experience so much, we went back and got Giant bikes for the whole family. Thank you very much.
