We bought a bike lock from the store and somehow it couldn’t open after we went out for a ride ( possibly have accidentally reset it when we tried to lock it). We called the shop and Steve made his efforts and came to us to cut the lock. He also told us it was under warranty and gave us a new lock! Steve really made our day, esp the kids, they were initially very upset that they lost their lock! Steve was truly their unsung hero!!!
Evan and Noah did a great job!
Super helpful & knowledgeable staff! I went in with my son's department store bike that had an issue I couldn't seem to repair. They were kind enough to diagnose the problem super quickly and even fixed it at no charge. Excellent customer service. Really appreciate the help. Thank you! The store has a full service section, tons of products and bikes, very clean and available.
Staff was incredibly helpful when I went in to buy my first new bike in like thirty years. Store was super organized and I was able to find everything I needed easily. My new Giant is incredible. I loved the experience so much, we went back and got Giant bikes for the whole family. Thank you very much.
