The repair service at Giant is exceptional. Really. In 1969 I rode my bicycle across Canada, from Toronto to Vancouver. Fifteen years ago I gave that same bike to my son. Recently the chain was skipping. Steve, in the repair shop did a perfect job. Thanks, Steve and Giant.
