Once again I have had an excellent experience at this bike shop. Staff is exceptional and will go above and beyond without charging to identify a problem. They have my loyalty.
My son's Giant bike is second hand and needed some small repairs. No appointment needed, they just told me to come down and they could look at it. The repair guy was super friendly, knew exactly what the issue was with the seat adjustment and fixed it right there. Inflated the tires a bit while we were there and said it was all no charge. Great service.
The people at Giant fixed my bike and were amazing. If you have a bike issue, then go to their store in Grandview Corners in S. Surrey and they’ll take care of it! Glen R.
