My son's Giant bike is second hand and needed some small repairs. No appointment needed, they just told me to come down and they could look at it. The repair guy was super friendly, knew exactly what the issue was with the seat adjustment and fixed it right there. Inflated the tires a bit while we were there and said it was all no charge. Great service.
The people at Giant fixed my bike and were amazing. If you have a bike issue, then go to their store in Grandview Corners in S. Surrey and they’ll take care of it! Glen R.

Had to take in my bike on Friday for a repair to rear tire. Was greeted at the door by a very friendly and helpful ( as it turned out ) mechanic. He whisked my bike away and the repair was made and whole bike checked out for me in record quick time. This staff are amazing. Friendly! Competent! Helpful! Professional! Couldn't recommend more highly. Will certainly make this my go to bike stop.
