The absolute best chaps in the city for all things bikes. I’ve been to Giant multiple times with questions and issues on my bike and they’re always super friendly and very knowledgable, often happy to chat or fix something basic free of charge. Special shoutout to Roman who always seems to be available when I’ve needed something fixing!
I bought a bike online and went in to collect it and make the final payment. I commented at the time that I didn't like the size wheels, they assured me they would be fine. I went home and looked at it and decided it was not for me. They would not take a return even though I said I would buy another bike from them that suited me better. I will not be buying from this shop again.

I had a flat pram tyre, popped in here and the man who helped us was brilliant - checked all three tyres, pumped them up, and gave excellent advice on how to maintain them. I didn’t know the friction from not-inflated-enough inner tubes could cause a puncture on the inner tube! Very good service and I’ll come here again if I need repairs done.
