I took my son’s electric bikes there for repair. They did not communicate, their voicemail was always full, and if I did get lucky enough to talk to someone they would say that they would call me back but never do. Plus, what I took the bikes in for to get fixed they didn’t fix. I advise you not to get any repairs done at this place.
Took a $2200 payment in full from me for a new mountain bike. It's been 18 days and Adam promised me my bike in no more than 7 days. What's worse is this guy doesn't answer the phone during advertised, business hours, VM inbox is always full. And he doesn't call you when he says he will. If you’re looking for a down to Earth and honest shop, stop in here. Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable of E-bikes, recumbent bikes, to enduro race bikes. Adam and the team are communicative and aware of the current market standings affecting the bike industry. If you need a bike related solution or are just looking for a new ride, come stop in at this shop!
WARNING: BBB Rating is F Adam Brooke took my $2.5k bike order and stalled on delivery for weeks. After nearly 8 weeks, he issued me a refund and then REVERSED the refund the next day. I now have to dispute the charge with the bank. He constantly stalled, was uncommunicative, and has tied up my money for 8wks plus up to 90 days for dispute resolution. I lost my spring season of riding and I still don't have a bike.
