So I’ve been to this store 3x now same experience each time the too old guys are very rude an try to hurry you I’ve never purchased anything as they’ve put a bad taste in my mouth not recommended for real cyclists plus it’s at over priced

Giant Tuggerah are a great customer focused business. I purchased my Giant e-MTB off them back in 2023, my brother has been a customer since 2016. I have found their range of stock and product knowledge to be excellent with competitive pricing. I get my bike serviced here and they go out of the way to ensure its like new when i get it back. I now live an hours drive from Giant Tuggerah but will continue to be a customer and have my bike serviced here or purchase my cycling accessories & equipment.
