Fantastic customer service. Joseph, Mike and the crew couldn't be more helpful if they tried. With their help I am on an awesome e-bike which is running absolutely amazing. Servicing has been excellent and nothing has been too much trouble. Communication has been great and my bikes have had amazing service turnarounds, despite the clearly busy schedule in the workshop. I couldn't recommend Giant Thornleigh more highly and I hope they stick around for many a year!

Really bad service experience here, very disappointing. Not only is it hard to get to and out of Giant Thornleigh parking, the customer service attitude is really poor. This surprising when cycle shops are dime a dozen. They also don't do fitting, so make sure you know exactly what your measurements are, else you're going to either ride uncomfortably, or you're going to hurt yourself. I am taking my business somewhere else.
I stopped in looking for a way to raise my bars. The guys had the right part, and Mike even installed it while I waited. Legend. Thanks for your awesome service. Cheers.
