Terrible customer service. I have asked twice in the last 3 days for someone to simply send me the link where I can download my 2025 tax forms without watermarks on them, but nobody has replied. I tried to call, but their number is disconnected. I have used Clark Accounting & Tax for many years, but since Kevin retired things have totally changed for the wose so I won't be using this company next year.
Jennifer has been doing my taxes for years. I am in the hospitality industry and guest service is paramount. She is detail oriented and always answers any questions I have in a timely manner.
I was anxious about tax this year! I was referred to them, and I am very pleased. They made it easy to send thru their site. Jennifer was very helpful, and James was, too. Very dependable and they got the job done, I am happy with the results. Thank you and I will call them next year.
