I got great service from Matt and Simon buying a new Defy road bike . Good pricing and bike fitting, very happy with the service.
I had an excellent experience with Giant Sydney, their support truly goes above and beyond. The staff are not only incredibly helpful but also genuinely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do and bikes in general. They ride Giant bikes themselves, so they back up their advice with real experience. The range of Giant bikes is top-notch, and the prices are very competitive.
The Giant Sydney Team are an exceptional group, with a strong and genuine emphasis on customer service. Matt took the time to understand my cycling goals after several years of hiatus from the sport to guide me on bike of choice, essential accessories and suggestions for consideration. The bike fitting process with Simon was done meticulously with detail to ensure my fit was spot on from the start. A great experience and a great brand in my personal opinion
I purchased a giant tcr from a bike store I won't name here, and had continual issues from the day I rode it home with the SRAM force AXS groupset that had been fitted incorrectly, I took it into the giant store and they confirmed that it appeared the groupset had not been set up correctly, front derailleur was at the wrong angle, limit screws on the rear had not been set.
