Appalling new bike setup and customer service. Had to go to another bike retailer to get the bike fitted correctly. Original setup so bad we needed a new 15degree 85mm stem to rectify. Giant Sydney took no responsibility at all and washed their hands of me and the bike after their 2nd band aid attempt was only marginally better than the first but way way off where it should have been.
