The Shimano Di2 rear derailleur on my Colnago, decided to have a melt down and stop shifting, the team at Giant Mooloolaba were able to book it in that morning, and have the Issue resolved by lunchtime. Very professional good old fashion service, highly recommended.
Rapha and the team have been sensational in helping me with the purchase and set up of my new Enviliv SL0 team bike. They have gone above and beyond to help to get the bike fitted to my specifications, attach all the accessories (including tri bars and hydration station), and complete a first service / recheck, all within just a couple of days so I was able to use it for the Noosa tri. Wonderful service. Very friendly and accommodating team. Thanks boys!
