I would highly recommend this Giant store . We were served by Kath who was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. Kath gave us all different options of bike's and helped us choice the best option and also advised on a seat modification. We'll definitely shop here again.

Pedals bearings were shot, I was in and out with a new set of pedals in less than 5 mins. Very friendly and helpful staff. The receipt says Kath but I doubt that was his name.

Took my bike in needing a part. Left it with the giant team overnight - they got the part and even fitted it for me free of charge- picked up the next day. Great experience
