Bike was delivered in a random box with no packaging, scratched frame, buckled back wheel and no thru-axle for the front wheel. Called the Blackburn shop and they blamed it on the courier! They sent me the thru-axle (obviously found it on the workshop floor) and offered some compensation which I have yet to see. I have tried to call again and have emailed but no answer. Worst experience buying a bike online ever.
We hired two e-bikes recently. The booking process was pretty straightforward and we had a lot of help from the store manager. Despite having two punctures, I was pleased to report that the store was very responsive to my phone call and very helpful. The bikes were new and really good quality. There were a lot of different options for different bikes available. Although I wouldn’t recommend having punctures, I would recommend this store for their expertise and quality.

Purchased a bike from the website late Tuesday night and it was with me Thursday morning. The bike was boxed with just the basics left to build, handlebars, pedals etc. can’t fault it at the moment, looking forward to getting out for a ride.
