Customer service is shocking.. items were shipped (most of them) but DPD delivered to the wrong address. I had to go find the delivery myself with NO help from this place . I know it’s partly out of their control but they offered NO assistance to find the delivery.. they also failed to understand they are legally responsible of the goods / delivery until I received it . I was 100% and advised I found the delivery several days later in the totally wrong place. I may use them again but maybe Not !

I won't go anywhere else since finding Onyerbike was here too. Josh and Olly are awesome—they always go out of their way to help you out and get you back at it.

Spent a significant amount of money on my new ebike. The whole order process was simple and the bike once it arrived from the manufacturer was couriered out to me very quickly. The itself is fantastic. I’d happily use On Yer Bike again and would recommend to anyone else.
