I had an accident which bent the rear gear hanger on my bike. I phoned Giant Stirling and got Jane who sorted me out with a new one which she posted to me which arrived the next morning and got me going again on my Giant Propel. Really great service From Jane . Thanks Norman skene

Was in a few weeks ago to look at bikes (what a selection). Sam & Paul have a wealth of knowledge, are super friendly and answered all our question’s regarding suitable bikes. They took time to ensure the bike was the correct size for me and that I was comfortable on it. Happy to say that I purchased the Liv Lurra E + and it’s great fun - a complete joy on the trails, especially on the uphill Best bike shop we have been in. Brilliant customer service. Thanks guys
