This is 100% what you want out of a bike shop. I was in southern CA and came in to demo a bike. Elon and the team were the best. Got a great fit and set up, made me feel like I was at home and they took care of me like I was a long time customer. Could not recommend them more and will definitely be back whenever I am in town.
Was visiting Santa Monica from out of town and brought my bike in to the shop with a mechanical. They took a look at it right away and were able to trouble shoot and fix everything. Couldn’t be more happy about the support and how kind they were! They have an awesome selection of bikes and parts as well.l! Thanks so much for the help:)
Came in for the standard bike fit and had an incredible experience. Willie is an expert at what he does. Over about two hours we tuned and tuned my handlebar, saddle, and cleat positioning. I left feeling much more comfortable on my bike, and also more knowledgable about cycling in general.
Best service I have ever experienced at a bike shop!! I was out riding my mountain bike through Venice, blew the bead on my tire. After visiting 3 local bike shops without any help, the mechanic gave me a tire off his own bike to help me get home. I sincerely appreciate these guys and they have one of the most unique and curated offerings of bicycles Ive seen. High end store with high end customer service! Thanks Elon and staff! Ill be back.
Best bikes, super knowledgeable and responsive owner. I would buy another bike from here.
