I got the screen on my IPhone replaced here and the quality of their parts is not good nor is their customer service. The same day that I had my screen replaced I dropped my phone (waist height, onto a wood floor) and even though I had on both a glass screen protector and an Otterbox case, the screen this store placed on my phone went black, I even accidentally called 911 and could not hangup the call. Terrible service. Following up on stores reply.... I did infact have service at your location, not to sure how you've assumed I haven't based on my reply but it's laughable. Was overcharged and the quality of the work done was extremely poor as I had to get my device fixed else where. As opposed to getting defensive, just apologize for the shoddy work done. Pathetic.
