Excellent service from Allen and the Giant team!
I would not hesitate to recommend Giant on bank st, really helpful staff and skilled bike mechanics. I had an issue covered under warranty and they always treat you well, work quickly and welcome you to come back if any more is needed.
Stopped in with a small problem and the shop fixed me up on the spot. Friendly service. Saw a few too many jerseys i liked ... I'll be back.
Staff was knowledgeable and efficient! Came in without an appointment for a minor issue that I couldn’t fix myself. The person working service fixed it very quickly and was very friendly. I will definitely be booking my tune ups here from now on!
