Exceptional Service! Brought my bike in for a damaged derailleur cable, and to my surprise, a full inspection and warranty tune-up were included at no extra cost — what an unexpected bonus! Took my old bike in that had not been used in awhile, as I was giving it away for use downtown. The general manager put my bike up, took a look through it all, and advised me not to spend anything getting the bike ready. I appreciate that they didn’t take me for a ride and charge me $500 fixing up a bike that isn’t worth $50. When I need a new bike, this is where I am going to go. Gorgeous showroom. Annual free service apparently for a decade when you buy one of their bikes.
Was on a ride and had an issue with my chain and so I stopped in and the team was so nice and helped me right away! So happy I was close by this shop :) would recommend!!
