I have visited this store in the fall looking for a damage assessment quote and an equivalent replacement quote for a '97 Giant Squadron which was involved in a vehicle accident, to which I received at no cost. I have returned multiple times in the spring during extremely busy (all employees were professional) and quiet times for inquiries, bike purchase and accessories. The customer service I have received from both Allen and Andrew have been exceptional. I am beyond happy with my entire experience.
