Don't just walk in with bikes looking for a repair. You need a have an appointment, I was rudely told. Thought I was a dr office
Good value and good service, with lifetime servicing on the bike too.
Kudos to the mechanic here this arvo, 30 minutes out from closing he dropped tools to fix my gears that were seriously outta whack, turns out I had created the problem earlier while swapping my break and gear lever position, I asked what i owed him, I was willing to pay as it was my fault, his answer "its all part of our service"
Great team at GIANT I came in with my tubeless wheel set up but could not get it to hold air as it was bypassing the valve Jimmy one of GIANT's bike mechanics got it sorted with no fuss now i'm back on the road Thanks Jimmy and the lads at Giant.
Went to bikeforce and they failed to get my pedals of my bike so went to giant and they did it with in an instant
