Called Giant Canningvale and a Bikeforce shop regarding needing a new rear triangle ordered for my bike which had broken. CanningVale & Bikeforce couldnt or wouldn't? help but Richard from this shop was very enthusiastic about helping me find this part 2 get me back riding. Thanks for the effort Richard, but I think I may buy a new bike entirely as this seems to be a more cost effective move in the long term.
Took the Giant Propel down for a quick check over and adjustments... done straight away also with good advice given. Great service, highly reccomended...
