Well deserved 5 star! I was well researched prior to visiting the Noosa store and Giant was my number one choice for what I needed for many reasons. I was very happy to be able to test ride my chosen bike and Ian’s knowledge and expertise was seconded to none. Thank you to team for hooking me up with all the gear that I needed to be get going on my adventures.
I recently visited the Giant store for bike mechanic repairs. Ian’s customer service was outstanding. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was so happy he could provide a solution to a simple problem that I thought was hard. Beautiful range of bikes too. My customer experience was a happy one and I left feeling great. Thanks Ian.
