Thanks to the guys at Giant Noosa at short notice were able to repair my electric bike a few days before I was going with the kids on a biking adventure Broken gear cable and chain shortening. Giant Noosa is not scared of dealing with Chinese electric bike repairs a lot of other bike shops are not interested in dealing with the problems that are common with cheaper bikes. Have used them several times to upgrade the parts on my bike with good European parts.
I have always given good reviews to the services provided by Giant Noosa, but this time I paid to change the bike chain and did not solve the problem, the bike continues with the same problem. I would like the problem to have been satisfactorily resolved.
