I recently visited Giant Noosaville with my completely neglected 10 year old bike that I was keen to get back in working order. The crew looked after me with no hesitation and no judgement. They gave me a few service options that I could choose to suit my needs. I left my bike for a service and a few days later it was ready to go! Very happy with the service I received!
The crew sorted me out with a new gravel bike, Revolt Advanced 1 and I’m stoked. Communication and service was A1 as it had to be ordered in for me, bike was built and setup perfectly by Matt. I haven’t ridden a Giant bike for a while but have been impressed with it after first few rides!

Matt was amazing. He is an asset to your team at Noosa. He understood my lack of knowledge and allowed me to make an informed choice as to our decision moving forward. Then when I came to pick up the bike, he addressed me by name as I walked in. Perfect
Amazing experience at Giant Noosa! Lance was incredible - he went above and beyond to help us out, and his team was just as fantastic. You can tell he genuinely cares and makes the effort to build real relationships with customers. Super pleased with the whole experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
