Great service, great knowledge, great team!
I’m quite new to road cycling, and the team at Giant Noosa have never once made me feel silly for all the help I’ve needed along the way! I’ve been in three separate times now with completely different questions, and every single time I’ve been treated so well by the staff. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, patient and welcoming, with amazing customer service. They’ve made getting into road cycling so much easier and have definitely become my go-to bike store! Could not recommend the team at Giant Noosa enough 🤩
