Saturday morning on a charity bike ride with a broken crank arm. The boys at Giant went beyond expectations to get the bike going and at minimal cost. I could not speak highly enough of their friendly attitude and their effort and expertise to get bike back on the road. What an amazing family business.
Super helpful team who quickly fixed my daughter’s brake cable for no charge. Legends who saved dad’s (further) blushes! Thanks
I would like to thank Joel and the team at Giant Mudgee for the exceptional service. The two bikes I recently purchased are amazing. The New giant bikes, flat handlebars, 40 mm wide tyres, carbon fibre frame single front derailer are perfect for me To ride after my recent spinal cord injury. Nik Joel could not be more helpful. A big shout out to Lachlan and Frazier for helping me load the car and set up the bike racks.
Fantastic experience!! extended hours ,very helpful… thank you very much, giant Mudgee
