Great service and super helpful when I struck a few issues on the central west cycling trail. Knowledgeable and patient while I worked through some seat issues. It was also great to be able to chat to a female cyclist. I would thoroughly recommend popping in if you need any cycling bits and bobs or for some local cycling knowledge if you’re in Mudgee.
I dropped my mountain bike in for a repair work on it a week ago. Joel and team got to work on it, replaced rusted cables, tuned up derailer and new gear controls. Adjusted brakes. New handle bar grips. Picked it up today. Parts and service bill was reasonable. I'm happy with my bike and functions almost new!

Absolutely brilliant customer service, thanks Joel. We found ourselves in an unexpected spot of bother the morning we were due to start the Central West Cycle trail and thankfully we landed on Joel's doorstep at the Giant dealership in Mudgee. Not only was he incredibly helpful and wonderful to deal with but also offers a complete and very professional service for all bikes. Thanks for your all your help Joel it was very much appreciated.
