I would like to thank Joel and the team at Giant Mudgee for the exceptional service. The two bikes I recently purchased are amazing. The New giant bikes, flat handlebars, 40 mm wide tyres, carbon fibre frame single front derailer are perfect for me To ride after my recent spinal cord injury. Nik Joel could not be more helpful. A big shout out to Lachlan and Frazier for helping me load the car and set up the bike racks.

Absolutely disgraceful service and the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with! Less than 10 days after having a tyre fitted, it started losing air slowly. I called ahead to explain the situation, and your staff clearly promised me over the phone that I would get a free replacement because it was such a short time since installation. They said it was covered — I took them at their word! Because of this promise, I DID NOT call for a tow truck, I waited a whole week, and travelled all the way to your shop specifically ... read more
