Ordered a bike for delivery. I have to mention two note worthy items, firstly, sensational pricing on the bike and secondly, the delivery guy sorted me out and clearly cared that I got the bike in good condition. Great delivery guy, great bike, great service.

The team at Giant are super helpful! I’m new to the cycling world and felt overwhelmed by it all until I stopped by the Lygon St shop. I was warmly welcomed and received great, speedy service and advice. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Bought the new Propel. The guys at the shop were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the set up of the bike before I left. Given I purchased the bike just after new years day Trav was great in ensuring I didn't have to wait to long to pick up the bike.
