Giant Lygon is a fantastic local bike shop. The service is fantastic, with a bunch of brilliant people who go above and beyond to help out. Couldn't recommend enough. Also run some group rides on Wednesdays and Fridays for the local community.

Bought a bike here in with a first service included. Called to check if we could delay it (pregnancy) or had to come in, and was told not not to worry as they wouldn't put a time limit on us. When we tried to book it in just before 2 year mark, they changed their stance and we were told they wouldn't honour it. Pretty disappointing way to lose a repeat customer
