First time visting this bike store and right off the bat, their staff member Bambi was super friendly , informative, helpful, and made the overall store experience great. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a bike or any related equipment.
The brakes on my bike weren’t working so I went in for a quote and they fixed it on the spot, free of charge! Incredibly friendly service, will be back again if I have any other bike issues. Thank you Brandon, Jeremy, and Bambi for making my day 😊😊
Excellent customer service and knowledgable staff. I had a full tune up and a few other things done at Langley Giant for my road bike. Would definitely recommend bringing your bike here for service. Great experience. Staff were super clear and kept me in the loop the whole time. I’ll definitely bring my bike back next time it needs work.
Bought a nice Talon 4 at Giant Langley near the end of June, I love my bike and ride it almost everyday. Mr. Bambi and Cruz were very helpful! Good customer service and a great experience overall. If you are looking to buy a bike definitely check this place out!
