Bought a nice Talon 4 at Giant Langley near the end of June, I love my bike and ride it almost everyday. Mr. Bambi and Cruz were very helpful! Good customer service and a great experience overall. If you are looking to buy a bike definitely check this place out!

I walked into Giant Langley as a complete beginner to cycling, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Bambi was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions without any pressure, and encouraged me to test ride a few bikes until I found the right one. The shop had a great selection and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone new to the sport. Ended up with a Revolt 1 and now zooming around the local trails!
I recently purchased a Liv Amiti+ e-bike from Giant Langley and I had a great experience with staff. Bambi assisted me the most during this time. I went in a lot over a two week span to choose a bike as I was using the e-bike rebate, and everyone was really patient with me. Using the E-bike rebate was seamless at Giant Langley and I love my bike.
