I've had a fantastic experience with the team at this location. They've been helpful, insightful, and super friendly throughout the process of purchasing a bike and having maintenance done on it. Wonderful service. We had an issue with the petal on our Liv bike. We brought the bike for their tech to look into the issue. He fixed our bike and didn’t charge us. Would definitely recommend.
I had a great experience at Giant Langley. After having some not so great experiences with other bike shops in the lower mainland I found that everyone at Giant Langley is super helpful and kind. Bambi and Chris have gone above and beyond for me in the purchasing of my new bike and I could not be happier with it! :)
Great people to talk to about biking in general. Has most things you need for biking. Staff are super friendly and open to questions, learned a lot of knowledge here.
I came here few days ago for a tire repair. Both Bambi and Jeremy were extremely nice and helpful throughout the process. They did the work faster then the quoted time while being very friendly and did not push me for any extra purchases. I had a great experience
