These guys are awesome! They’ve helped me on a few occasions get my son’s bike back up and running at a very fair price and super fast! Highly recommend!
I am SO happy I chose to purchase from these guys…I have purchased two bikes in the last year and I will say they are probably annoyed with me because I come in A LOT but they always help and always go above and beyond for me. You will NOT find a better group of staff that cares. You will be in good hands here. If you’re contemplating purchasing. Just do it. The customer service is the biggest reason.

I would like to give out 10 stars if I can. We brought our bike to another repair shop before we tried Giant Langley, received a quote of $200+ because they cannot fix only part of bike but it has to be assessed entirely that was not even necessary. We tried Giant Langley last time before we go for a new bike. And Tada! They fixed the bike in 5 mins for free! I begged to pay for any, but they refused. Thank you so much for your kindness.
