My husband and I were in the market for e-bikes for the first time. Bambi and Jeremy provided us with great intel and made our test drive a fun & memorable experience! They were personable, professional and answered all of our questions plus more. An excellent customer service experience! Thank you Chris for helping us load up our bikes on our bike rack! The Giant team in Langley were top notch from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!
