Thank you to Giant! My hubby bought me a Liv tempt e+ a month ago and I absolutely love it! The service he received was exceptional. So again thank you, I am now able to keep up with my crazy fast 13 yr old son in comfort and style.
Came here to get my disc brakes fixed from rubbing and they manage to do if turns out it was a center lock cap rubbing against frame Great service
Fantastic job setting up my new ride. Great staff! Great service department! No upselling, just knowledgeable and useful advice.
Bought a brand new Giant Reign Ebike from another Giant dealer and it had a bad rattle that they were unable to fix. I took it in to Giant Langley and Chris took it for a ride and knew what the rattle was immediately. He fixed it in 2 mins and didn't charge me a penny.
These guys are awesome! They’ve helped me on a few occasions get my son’s bike back up and running at a very fair price and super fast! Highly recommend!
