POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. [Update] Called in August 2025 to see if the GIANT store in Kanata could fit a 28 mm tire on my spouse's Giant Road Bike (currently 25 mm). They said they needed to see the bike to confirm. My spouse brought it with a flat tire (got a flat the week after my call to the store so now it was more urgent to see if a wider tire could be installed. I most definitely recommend buying a bike from Giant Kanata. Couldn’t be happier with my bike and the service from everyone at the shop.
Fantastic experience buying my bike. I recommend this store and especially if you can get Andrew to help you. A few little bike break in issues that he was able to expertly resolve.
