I had a fantastic experience at Giant Kanata last week. Went in for my annual service and ended up talking with Andrew who very kindly went over some of my bike's specs with me. It felt like attending a free workshop. I've had the bike for two years, but now I have a much better understanding of how to care for my bike. Great experience. Above and beyond.
