I would highly recommend this store. To begin with, Giant bikes are excellent and at Indooroopilly they are good communicators(particularly Kristi and Jason) and they are keen to see you happy with your new bike. Always cheerful, happy and accomodating. I had a problem with the original sizing of my new bike and an early return and up-size was arranged with good grace despite the obvious inconvenience to them. It was much appreciated and a sign of a well run business. Thank you all. Greg.
A pleasure to deal with the friendly staff. Nice to have a company that goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers.
Quick repair, done in 2 days. The guys were very communicative and knowledgeable. Gave me good advice and a satisfactory outcome. Thanks to Jason and Ryan! Cheers Brendon
Fantastic service. They helped us pick the perfect bike for our kid and were incredibly friendly throughout. Couldn’t be happier.
Great customer service and selection of bicycle accessories 👌 Fix my bikes up no matter if bring them👍
