Do not recommend... this location needs renovated- very dated, & cramped therefore prices should be more competitive. Will not be shopping there.
Giantfood in South Riding is the worst store I have ever been to. The customer service desk staff Prett is very Unprofessional and rude. I'm not sure what type of traing Giantfood trained their staff. We have Harristeeter and Foodlion near by and that is where I will go from now on including most people in this community. Prett need to learn how to re-trained and care more about the customer that goes in there. She will loose many more customer with that attitude and unproffesional approach.
This store is great to go to. Overall, I recommend shopping here. The clerks are always nice and helpful.

Giant is a nice grocery store to shop at. I always can find what I am looking for and the store is clean and have a nice ambience.
the customer service behind the deli counter was very disrespectful. giant food is over priced. Most of the people that shop there are low class. The store is very dirty and i have seen several mice behind the deli counter also.
Store is always neat, never over crowded, always has what I need. Giant staff provide great, friendly service.
