Today May 20 2026 at 1000AM I was shopping at giant food store in Celebrate Virginia. There was a lady in the store who was shopping and had a white dog in the shopping cart. This is very unsanitary it’s enough to have to wipe the carts off. I hope you take all of the carts and sanitize them so that I feel more comfortable shopping here. There should further be a policy of no dogs except service dogs allowed in the store.
UPDATE: I reported an unresolved issue, and continue to be ignored by magement. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. Go somewhere, anywhere, else. ___ I had an issue with my membership card. The self checkout cashier told me to go to the customer service counter. After explaining my issue (discounts were not being applied, even though it accepted my number), she verified the issue, then deleted my profile to recreate it. 15vminutes later, the issue continued.
