UPDATE: I reported an unresolved issue, and continue to be ignored by magement. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. Go somewhere, anywhere, else. ___ I had an issue with my membership card. The self checkout cashier told me to go to the customer service counter. After explaining my issue (discounts were not being applied, even though it accepted my number), she verified the issue, then deleted my profile to recreate it. 15vminutes later, the issue continued. 3 men at self check out needed help. Help skipped the closest and the first customer who is Asian and went to help the black man and the white man first. This was once a great Giant that I would drive 20miles for. Very disappointing development at the Celebrate area.
