On a recent shopping trip your packaged shredded cheese is on sale for 99 cents. I bought three but it went thru at $2.39 each. Called over one of your stand by women at the self checkout. I bought cherry sour balls candy they were very stale. They should be taken off the shelf.
The tech are nice but the Pharmacy store manager and her pharmacist is not friendly much more the pharmacy manager. She is arrogant and not showing compassion. I have bad experienced in the store it not good place.

Very rude tech/pharmacist at the lancaster, ohio drive thru says closed/come inside for the last week. Hubs +covid. He couldnt p/u meds due to +covid. Didn't get meds p/U. I had to drive in. Went to drive thru which said closed. I called he said to come in. Iinformed him I've been exposed to covid. He thenopened window.. very dissatisfied they need more help or change the way to handle window pick up for covid patients only. I've never had issues till now.
This is for upper management. Sometimes good ethics isnt just being by the book. Sometimes bending the rules for a frequent customer is something a manager should be telling their employees is ok to do. Im not saying break the law, but being a tyrant isnt right. Especially as a cashier. The same cashier im talking about is working today and once again disrespected a frequent customer. I shop here only when I’m in a pinch because I live so close because of the high prices. I went in there today to purchase just a couple of items I needed and stopped to look at the outdoor plants. One of the employees came over to where I was standing, someone had layered plants on cardboard and the cardboard got wet and they were sagging, he said excuse me but I have to clean this “F-ing” stuff up and and then he proceeded to tell me who in the “F”would put them on cardboard.
