Amazing customer service! I bought my first road bike from here to get into biking and they took the time to explain what I’d need and how to do the basics. Everyone was lovely and they didn’t try to upsell which I really appreciated! I’m glad I bought my bike here! :)
Staff is very helpful & informative in setting me up for first time. They even went out of their way to help me to set up bike computer I've gotten in with me.
After years of patronage I was told my bike was not a Giant brand. So why now. Then told me to go somewhere else or wait a month. So I did. I went to Harrisdale and it was fixed in 20 minutes.
Visited on two separate Saturdays, and was helped out by Jodie, Matt and Tory (forgive me if I’ve got the names wrong). They were all sensational. Saturdays in retail can be a slog, and despite being busy, they were all happy to make the time and effort to assist. They even managed to assemble it on the same day. Phenomenal! Stoked with my new errand-runner. Cheers!
Had some pretty annoying requests for specific parts, and Jeff and Jodie were amazing every time—super helpful and easy to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough. Great service and a great way of doing business.
