I ordered and paid for a bike. However due to excessive tax and logistics into my home country, Singapore, I had to cancel the order. Jeff had earlier spent a good hour helping me with bike fitting. I must thank him for his patience and also accomodating to a full amount. Extremely gracious and awesome customer service.
Amazing service and pricing as well. I went there today with 4 rear wheels with stuck cassette and freewheels that I could not get off tried all measures. Before going there I was not sure if they will help because it's a Giant shop, not a random local bike shop. To my surprise, the owner ( suppose he is the owner because of the grey hair ) helped me to get them sorted so quickly and the cost is more than reasonable. I recently purchased a heavily discounted Propel Advanced SL 0 from Giant Canning Vale and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. I walked in already knowing which bike I wanted. The staff got the display bike down straight away, knew the product well and answered my questions without giving me a generic sales pitch.
