Bought my bike here and have been back several times since. Jeff is the owner and he's incredibly knowledgeable and honest with his advice. Even the free tune-up was done to a top standard.
Just for break fix (30mins max), you are checking your calendar to find out the the next available time slot for service , that is in 20 days. I am not impressed. I came all the way to replace my broken break system. (happened few months back, yet to fix it due to not getting time to carry over it again. every time I drive across your store, I remember this unpleasant experience ) ... Exceptional service and knowledge
The high ratings couldn’t be more well deserved. Quite possibly the kindest, most down-to-earth bike shop I’ve ever been to, and I’m genuinely happy to call them my local bike shop. It’s hard not to root for people like these. They offer truly top-notch service, and I only wish more people could experience it for themselves. Highly recommend them for all your bike needs!
