I want to give a BIG shout out to John at the Giant Bike Store Bundaberg for exceptional sales & service ! On Saturday I purchased a bike chain & combination lock for my fold up bicycle that I’m travelling with. Very friendly & helpful. I bought a tyre which was very tight fit & struggled to get on right and was helped to fit it properly when I brought the bike in.
John has always been super friendly and helpful and is eager to share his knowledge on cycling related matters in connection with my triathlon bike. He takes his time in explaining any questions that I have , and I would recommend this shop to any cycle enthusiast
