I didn’t actually buy the bike I wanted from this shop but absolutely would have if they had stock. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even got a potential substitute to what I was after into store and held it back for me. Really can’t rate them high enough.
I had a great interaction with the servicing team this morning. The very knowledgeable guy explained the issue to me in terms I would understand as a beginner and, fixed the issue on the spot and have me some tips. He was really great .
Absolutely brilliant staff in here!! James in particular, and the workshop manager( can’t remember his name) but these 2 couldn’t do enough.
Fantastic bike shop, run by real bike lovers not sales-people. Had a fantastic experience with James who was invested in making sure I got the right thing for me. He was keen to get me the best deal and really knew his stuff. Recommend highly!
Popped in for some advice about a few bikes. Ended up spending almost an hour chatting through various options. They really know their stuff and are super helpful. Thanks!
