I had a snapped derailleur mount and the staff at Giant (Joel) found a match on site and fixed it up on the spot. Very impressed. So I was back within days to update my bike lights and very happy to support this business.
The Staff that work here at Giant Bicycles are very helpful and are highly experienced in all there mechanical repairs on all different Bicycle models I had my Specialized men's Mountain bike in here for its very first service and Michael was the Mechanic that first served me at the front counter and did the service on my Mountain bike and I'm very happy with there service work they did on my Bike and they had my Bike fully serviced and the Bike was ready for me to pick up by the afternoon.
