I don’t write a lot of reviews but Giant Nerang deserve the 5 stars. I regrettable took my ebike to a major bike chain (??Bikes) and the quality of workmanship was horrendous. I was so disappointed at the condition of my bike after riding it I took it to Giant Nerang and they did an amazing job at getting it back to top condition. In addition i’ve had poor results with regular punctures in the Maxxis HighRoller II tyres on the rear so they fitted the Michelin eWild and I’m also incredibly happy with this tyre.
