We had a brilliant experience with Giant Bicycles Nerang. They let us come back multiple times for a test ride after fitting a toddler seat. We were confident in the team’s knowledge and comfortable in the store. We would highly recommend Giant. P.S. my toddler think he is ‘driving’ the bike.
They brought my bike to life again! Took a risky move purchasing 2nd hand bike that needed a good repair. Giant mechanic was able to fix gear shifter that at first thought needs to be replaced, this saved me ton of money, also did an amazing service to a point that bike doesn't make a single sound when riding. Thanks guys!
