Went in with a flat tire. Surly employee said they wouldn’t fix it, offered no explanation. Not cool.
This place doesn’t open until 9am. I made the trip specifically for their 8am open time.
Just bought a bike from Giant online and it HAD to be sent to this dealership. They called and said they recieved the order and it would be ready on Tuesday. I came to pick it up on Tuesday and Jeff told me that they were having issues assembling the components as they "normally" dont do this kind of thing. Said it would be ready in the morning on Wednesday. I would avoid this bike shop as they are not very customer friendly and very unhelpful if you want to buy a bike from them.
I bought two bikes from this location, totaling over $7,000. During the purchasing they did not return calls like they said they would and did not notify me when the bikes came in. They quickly assembled them at the end of the day and did not give enough time for adequate testing. A week later I have mechanical issues and gave them a call. They acted like I was wasting their time and had an attitude on the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
