Friendly and helpful staff. Closest bike shop in my neighbourhood.
Both the sales and service sides of Ancaster Cycle are excellent. I have purchased and serviced my bikes, my family’s bikes and also referred my company and friends to Ancaster Cycle. With over 20 years of doing business with them I have never come away disappointed and none of my referrals have either which is why I don’t hesitate to write this review.

I visited Giant Ancaster last Saturday, September 6th, to pick up a Revolt 1, and I had an amazing experience! JP helped me over the phone by reserving and preparing the bike I wanted. When I arrived, he set up a test ride and patiently went through all the features and the one-year service plan. JP is super professional, friendly, and genuinely patient. Highly recommend him and Giant Ancaster to anyone looking for a great bike-buying experience.
