After watching a Ted Lasso episode where the team psych coach rode in on a foldable bike, I purchased one for my wife to go back ‘n forth to work … forward 3 years, first flat tire and worn tread, I took it in to Giant Ancaster. It was Saturday on a holiday weekend. Dan was the man! He fixed it up and had it ready for me within 2 hours. I found their service professional, time-frame wonderful and price super reasonable. Thanks Giant Ancaster!
They have amazing staff, who knows what they are doing and friendly. We Bought a 20” wheel bike for my older child during the pandemic, ( the last one in the shop , impossible to find any back then, so we got lucky). My younger child inherited it and it broke during hike camp yesterday. We brought it back to the shop, they fixed it up in 2 minutes. Tuned the bike up, installed the little bell we bought and the bike was good as new. My little loves it!
