Just picked up my new LIV road 🚲 bike. The gentleman that helped us out was very informative and answered questions thoroughly. My daughter also had her road bike serviced here and a tire repaired. Looking forward to dealing with this store in the future. This store has a really nice vibe.
Excellent service, very professional
Stopped by on a ride with a mechanical. Needed to brake pads asap. The front pads just came apart and we had NO front braking with 40km to get home. At first they couldn’t find Shimano brake pads. They eventually found them. When I asked whether they could do the quick swap, I was told they have NO TIME. Three guys in the shop and none could spare 5 minutes. I had to take the bike outside and with the multitool I had, do the swap myself. That’s beyond shitty service.
Great service, thanks for the adjustments made to my bike. I had a great ride after your work, I am a happy customer.
