Decent store. Terrible with Instacart pickup orders. Every time I check in that I am there for a pickup, I get a notification from Instacart that says "we are looking for a runner". However, I always sit at least 10 minutes before I have to call to have someone come out. Today I had to go in to get my order. Meanwhile, I continually watch all the Giant Direct orders pull in to the parking spot, someone come right out with the order in a timely manner, and then leave while I just sit in my car.
