Super friendly service. Got exactly what I went in for. If you know bikes, you know Giant are hard to beat for value. Shout out to Hank Ku for being friendly, helping out, charging my lights up and offering me help to do with my bike in the future.
With giant you get your money's worth and some, in my opinion.
Small inventory. Don't let you test ride outside.
The bikes there are hella impressive, mine is in for service, the staff is friendly and helpful.
