I’ve emailed, messaged on social and called and no answer or responses. I have MANY wine pick ups that I’ve paid for and no response. I’m hearing the same for other members. I’ve been a loyal and committed customer for years and years, and especially support local and small. I will happily adjust my rating when I either get reimbursed or get the year+ of wine I have to pick up.
