Gian knows his stuff! Knew pain had been getting progressively worse over 3-4 weeks to point of sharp pain when standing. A one hour massage focused on my hips, ITBs, quads and hamstrings - unbelievable that the next day the pain is all but gone. From a 7ish pain down to about 2.

Have just started having red light treatment here & the service has been fantastic. My skin is already looking much clearer and I’m recovering so much quicker from weight training too so win win. Super easy booking process & the packages make it so affordable. I highly recommend this service from a very knowledgeable & professional therapist!
