Good selection of hard-to-find Italian goods Giacomo's has a decent selection of those hard-to-find Italian goodies in Greensboro. I tried their sandwich, but it was incredibly overpriced in my opinion (although it was tasty). I usually only stop in there when I'm in a pinch and can't find what I need elsewhere.
Giacomo's Italian Market Inc is OK I've gotten good tasting deli meat at Giacomo's. I love the salami! The prosciutto I got was decent. The prices are a bit higher than at other places.
