They are very hard to get a hold of. They either do not respond to emails, or you play phone tag chasing multiple numbers they call from that are blocked or do not not leave messages when they call you back so it takes a lot of work to communicate with them, (in this case Yadira Gomez). There are very little descriptions on the invoices to keep track of charges that go through, so I am sure that contributes to many clients needing to call and ask seemingly irrelevant questions. I purchased an iwater just back in Sep 2018 (which I paid for in full) on the 10th of Dec 18 $345 was taken further without my permission and never ordered anything, therefore it should have never been taken from my visa - I am in NZ and this is illegal to hold someones credit card details let alone steal money for nothing is pure fraud! Until the money is put back this review will stay up to warn people!
Fantastic!!! I am in the middle of receiving treatment for a major autoimmune disease.
