Had an 18 carat solid gold diamond bangle sent out to them cause I sold it on eBay. It did come out as solid gold and it did test as 18 karat as well as the diamond test as diamond, but they couldn’t pass the authentication because they said that it imitates Cartier very well, even though that I put on the listing that it was unbranded I spoke to a guy named Mike gave me the wrong information and spoke to a guy named Glenn, who was very rude and very disrespectful!! Even though it’s public and has hours you’ll need an appointment to go to the museum. I didn’t know that and drove down from Orange County. Disappointing.

I wanted to go ahead and update my review with GIA, and I wanted to say they were able to help us with the issue we were having, and GIA has always previously been a serious part of our lives both educationally and in business. It truly is a phenomenal place to take classes, and to learn.
