While getting a private tour of his rock collection, Manual Diaz a Gia employee forced him self on me, I had felt comfortable with him at first he says he is a marine and I felt safe around him, but after I told him to stop he became very angry at me ruining any kind of interest in gemology I may have had, left marks on my arms where he tried to hold me down.
This company is a joke. I am a certified jeweler and a GIA graduate which now I am ashamed of. I have been buying and selling jewelry for over 12 years. They failed to authenticate a designer pendant twice now because someone at the authentication department is not smart enough to identify a green stone. I changed the listing to say multi gemstone and they still fail it. Someone needs to be fired
