We had a tour with Julia today. She was wonderful and handled our very young children perfectly. It was a fascinating place and very welcoming. There's a lot to learn here. The tour took about 1 hour which was perfect.

Had an 18 carat solid gold diamond bangle sent out to them cause I sold it on eBay. It did come out as solid gold and it did test as 18 karat as well as the diamond test as diamond, but they couldn’t pass the authentication because they said that it imitates Cartier very well, even though that I put on the listing that it was unbranded I spoke to a guy named Mike gave me the wrong information and spoke to a guy named Glenn, who was very rude and very disrespectful!!
