Testing of all kinds of gemstones Is done here especially diamonds .. prices Is fairly good. But you have to wait about two to three weeks

The absolute worst gemology lab in the world to get colored stones looked at for origin or correct color grade. They are unprofessional cannot give origin as they state on their site but will still try to pressure you to pay for a service they fail to fulfill. Save yourself headache , New York GIA LAB their are UNprofessional They will you give color stone origin will be guessing resort because they can’t *PS* Don’t go to New York GIA for color stone origin!
I had sent in a gemstone (likely aquamarine) from my grandmothers ring and was given a different stone back. I immediately knew the difference from the color and the lack of scratches and chip on it from a broken prong I went up to the nyc office and they claim that it is the same stone and the difference in color was due to it lighting.
