An absolutely outstanding place with the care and facilities, can do attitude and sincere care exists. Beautiful homes and lovely community, exceptional carers and managers where my father felt very and home and loves even in the most trying times. Highly recommend and grateful to all staff for looking after Dad so well. They hosted his birthday and funeral wake service. Priti the chef went above and beyond, as did Mr Kalsi, Bhupinder, Tej and all staff.
I work for emergency services so visit lots of residential homes, supported living etc and I am always very impressed visiting here. The staff genuinely care, the staff know their residents inside out and always go the extra mile for their residents, this is something we rarely see. Not just the carers but the manager also cares for each and every resident and nothing is too much trouble.
