Several emails and an ignored phone call later and still can’t be bothered to return a reply about strings that are poorly made. 6 packs of boomers. All lifeless and plunky like a flat. But hey! They got my money. The service stops there I guess. Off to another company.
BEST of the Best! Things happen dealing with technology and it did. But when the issues happened, two ladies at GHS took all the time necessary to get it corrected with me while still on the phone. Excellent prices? Yes! Easy to navigate? Yes! Product available? Yes! Customer Service? In my situation they were far beyond a simple Yes! Please accept my heartfelt Thank you for a job Well Done in taking care of me as a person and a customer. You have earned my Respect and my Loyalty!
I bought the string lubricant in Brazil, in different regions. I've been using it for years. It is very good and of high quality.
