Dr.Scott did my surgery 3 1/2 years ago. Things went great, Dr.Scott has been thoughtful and always helpful. The staff at WMI and at Hillcrest Hospital were excellent from start to finish. 70 lbs lighter. Diets don't work that well, total lifestyle changes do work.
Dr John Scott is the BEST weightloss surgeon in the upstate! 10/10 recommend him to everyone! My gastric bypass surgery was a breeze with him. I’m down 116lbs and almost to my goal weight!
My insurance put out thousands of dollars for procedures and I put out over a thousand between seeing them and seeing my own doctors to get clearance for bariatric surgery, and they said that they won't do it because I sleep walk and sleep eat. I put a lock on my fridge to put a stop to it and they know it. They did not even have the decency to call me themselves. They had their psychiatrist call me. My family has been blessed to find this place. Dr Scott dealt with an amazingly tough situation with our son and was nothing but incredible. Not to mention Carmen, Anita, Lindsay, Stephanie, Lisa and Meg Miller. A special shout out to Meg as she will go above and beyond with dietary help to a level of customer service that blows me away.
