It will be 3 weeks tomorrow since I ordered some items that were allegedly in stock finally, no reply to email, their online chat doesn't seem to work, at least they said a few days ago on facebook they were going to look into it but then nothing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My first order a couple of months ago was nice and smooth but this time is a joke. If they don't get my items on the way soon then I'll have to do a chargeback with my credit card company, but I would rather have what I pai... read more

I ordered a hydra p+ holster on April 8, 2026. Today is already April 12. I called them twice. I left a message about my order but I have not received a response. They say on the automated voice response that if I already sent them an email it will delay the response. I sent them an email today asking why my order is still processing after 4 days and no tracking number yet. I'll see if at least they will respond to my email. Coming from a company like this, this experience is really disappointing!

UPDATE: After posting this review, Ghost contacted me within two days to address the issue. They apologized for the lack of communication and confirmed my order would be shipped the following day. I appreciate them stepping up and resolving the situation. While the initial experience was frustrating due to the lack of follow-through and communication, the company did respond and correct the problem. Cannot get in contact with the company, phone just rings, emails come back undeliverable. Would just like to know an eta for products that were listed as in stock. At the three week mark now.
