He wasted three weeks of my time, and I'm really disappointed in my decision to choose him to handle my case. He asked me several questions, accepted my case, and sent me a contract to sign. He told me to wait one more week until he finished his trial. However, after that, he became unresponsive for days and ultimately dropped my case because he believed it wasn't worth the money for him.
Art is a good lawyer. He helped me resolve an issue with my HOA. He was very responsive to my emails/calls. As an attorney myself, I highly recommend him.
One star because I contacted him one week ago regarding my HOA situation, and he never returned back my calls or emails regarding my case. Very unprofessional on his part and his office because the website clearly states a call back within 24hrs. To anyone reading this find another HOA attorney don’t waist your time like I did!
Very responsive. Mr. Gholian knows his stuff and moved our dispute with our HOA towards resolution in a cost-effective and professional manner. Responses to our questions were quick. He also was already aware of the HOA's management company because he had had prior relationsships and disputes with them, so that was a plus.
