Dear Noel & Associates, I am giving you one star for communication. You may be good lawyers, but communication with potential clients seems to be non-existent. I provided a detailed description of my case and emphasized that it was urgent. I called you multiple times, only to reach your answering machine each time—and yes, I left a message. I hope this “star rating” helps you notice the people who are calling before they become clients… or at least reminds the answering machine that it has a job to do.

I unfortunately didn't have a great experience. I felt like I was pulling teeth trying to get answers to my questions and then 3 weeks before close they had to drop my case due to "unexpected circumstances". To their credit, they did find me a replacement but the replacement had 0 reviews online and didn't work at their firm. Instead he just worked in the same building. Highly recommend Noel and Associates. They are professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. They treat you like a neighbour not a number. They kept me well-informed throughout the process, explained every step clearly, and ensured everything was handled efficiently and on time.
