I used this firm to help file an amendment on my taxes, and my experience has been extremely frustrating. There was poor communication throughout the process I was often left waiting for updates and had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. I specifically requested to speak with owner so he could take accountability for his staff’s mistakes, but I never received a call.
