I'd tried three different realtors until I was introduced to Ghazaleh and finally bought the perfect apartment. She is amazingly patient and listens (and remembers) to all your requests. But the one thing that would make me recommend her is that she puts in the time to read everything you really don't want to (and some documents are like books!) and walks you through all the important information.
